Payment & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Model
TontiPay operates on a subscription-based model. Users subscribe to a plan based on their group size and usage needs. All subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize TontiPay to charge your selected payment method until you cancel.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. To avoid future charges, disable automatic renewal before your next billing date.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are final. TontiPay does not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or accidental renewals.
5. Payment Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension or limited access to certain features.
6. Changes to Pricing
TontiPay may update pricing when needed. Users will be notified of material changes affecting their subscription.
