1. Eligibility
- • Promo codes are valid for new TontiPay customers only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a campaign notice.

2. One-Time Use Rule
- • Each launch scratch promo code is unique and may be redeemed one time only.
- • After a successful qualifying payment, the code is marked as used and cannot be redeemed again.
3. Offer Scope
- • Unless otherwise stated, the promo code provides 25% off the first month of an eligible TontiPay subscription plan.
- • Discounts do not apply to taxes, processing fees, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or any non-qualifying services.
4. Validity Period
- • Promo codes are valid only until their stated expiration date.
- • Expired promo codes are automatically rejected.
- • For the current launch campaign, promo codes expire on December 28, 2027.
5. Redemption Rules
- • Promo codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed.
- • Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively after a transaction has already been processed.
- • Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refund, or transferable value.
6. Non-Transferability
- • Promo codes are for promotional use only and may not be sold, duplicated, redistributed for commercial gain, or transferred in unauthorized ways.
- • TontiPay and AXFusion Solutions may reject any code that appears altered, leaked, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorized means.
7. Combination Restrictions
- • Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts, referral rewards, special pricing, or promotional campaigns unless explicitly permitted.
8. Payment Completion Requirement
- • A promo code is considered redeemed only after a successful qualifying payment is completed.
- • If payment fails, is canceled, or remains incomplete, the promo code may remain unused, subject to platform validation.
9. Abuse Prevention
- • TontiPay and AXFusion Solutions reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or cancel promo codes in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
- • Accounts attempting to exploit promotional campaigns may be restricted or disqualified from promo eligibility.
10. Modification and Cancellation Rights
- • TontiPay and AXFusion Solutions may modify, suspend, or terminate any promo campaign where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operations, or campaign management.
- • Such updates do not invalidate discounts already validly redeemed through completed qualifying payments.
